Stuart, FL – The Floating Dock and Fixed Pier near City Hall will be closed to marine and pedestrian access beginning Monday, August 12th, 2019, and continuing through Friday, August 30th, 2019. Signage will be posted along the floating docks notifying approaching watercraft of the temporary closure during this period.
The City of Stuart is currently replacing the downtown Riverwalk decking along the existing boardwalk around City Hall and Flagler Park. Construction on the boardwalk has begun and all replacement and repair work occurring on and around the pier and dock access-area will take place during the closure timeframe. All other construction work on the Riverwalk is expected to be completed in November 2019.
