It is the goal of the Purchasing Division to obtain the "Best Value" for the City and its Citizens through the competitive process. The Purchasing Division is dedicated to providing fair and equitable treatment of all vendors that wish to sell supplies, services, equipment and construction services to the City of Stuart and to assure the City taxpayers receive the most value for every tax dollar spent. The City of Stuart Purchasing Division assists departments and divisions with their procurement activities to assure the timely provision of all products and services required to deliver services to the citizens of the City of Stuart.
