The East 10th Street Community Services Division and park and the adjacent Guy Davis Ball field have added major additions and renovations over the past few years. These include 2 new basketball courts and a new lighting system for both tennis and basketball. Guy Davis field also has renovated lighting and new Bermuda turf.

The Center also sponsors a collaborative program, the East Stuart Youth Program, between three organizations - the Stuart Community Services Division, Stuart Police Department Youth Intervention and the Boys and Girls Club of Martin County - to serve the young people of the community in a positive manner. Each organization shares its particular expertise, including counseling, education and recreation for the benefit of the youngsters.

The East 10th Street Community Services Division supports several special programs for youths:

After School Program - For children 5-12 are offered a daily after school program including Smart Moves, Fine Arts & Photography, Homework Assistance, Gang and Drug Prevention, Environment Awareness, Health Programs, Leadership Clubs (Girl Scouts, 4H), Conflict Resolution, Baby Think It Over, Table Games (chess, battleship, checkers, monopoly, cards) and Sports ( golf, soccer, tumbling, yoga, fitness, learn to swim, and equine.

Schools Out Program - When schools are not is session, the Center offers a full recreational program from 7:45am to 5:00pm.  Pre-registration is required and the fee is nominal.

Teen Programs - Including Front Line for Kids, Talent Search, Sports, Passport to Manhood, Boys 2 Men, Girls 2 Ladies, Torch Club Community Service, Teens Dance, Pizza Jam and Movie, Tournaments, Computer Center and Alternative to Out-Of-School Suspension.

Stuart Police Youth Intervention Program

The Stuart Police Youth Intervention Program will provide interventions in the lives of those children most at risk for becoming involved in crime.  Offering services such as individual and group counseling, gang prevention and substance abuse prevention.  We also have a First Offender Diversion Program, for juveniles committing first time misdemeanor charges, they can be diverted out of the juvenile justice system.

Advertise Your Business Banner at City Parks

The City of Stuart is offering local businesses and organizations the opportunity to advertise by banner signage at one or multiple fences located at our ball, community and dog parks, within the City. These parks receive over 15,000 visitors, annually. The revenues received from advertising will assist in maintaining and improving parks and fields within the City of Stuart.

Signs will be placed on inner perimeters of fences, facing the fields. Signs shall be designed and placed so as to not damage, interfere or alter City operations including but not limited to, field maintenance, irrigation patterns or upkeep of surrounding grounds.

Acknowledgement of advertisement will be made on City webpage including link to advertiser’s website.  

The Advertiser shall keep the sign in good condition and will be notified if damaged. The Advertiser will have 30 days to replace the damaged sign or the City may, at its discretion, remove the sign with cost to the advertiser.

Sign Parameters:

Signs are supplied and owned by advertiser;

All signs must be 4’X8’ horizontal rectangle;

Signs must be of vinyl material;

Signs must display a solid white color on the back, with no restrictions on colors, fonts or logos on front


$25 non-refundable application fee is due with submission of application.

$500 per sign for 6 months
