Mission: "The Facility Maintenance team maintains an environment that is safe, comfortable and functional for all employees and general public. They perform periodic maintenance on all furniture, fixtures and city buildings."
| The Facility Maintenance Team is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all City owned facilities and equipment associated with them. |

| They provide HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting carpentry, as well as site lighting to City maintained buildings and maintaining irrigation. |  |
Also, the team is responsible for all security systems, fire extinguishers, welding, pest control, ordering and being the ‘hub' for janitorial supplies. |
