Facilities
All Stuart parks are open daily from sunrise to sundown.
Lighted facilities are open until 10pm. After 10pm, special permission is required.
Mini Parks - Small public mini-parks are scattered throughout the city’s neighborhoods. Some don’t even have a sign, but each offers a bit of nature for the community.
SE 10th Street Park & Recreation Center

The East 10th Street recreation center and park and the adjacent Guy Davis Ball field have added major additions and renovations over the past few years. These include 2 new basketball courts and a new lighting system for both tennis and basketball. Guy Davis field also has renovated lighting and new Bermuda turf.
The Center also sponsors a collaborative program, the East Stuart Youth Program, between three organizations - the Stuart Recreation Department, Stuart Police Department Youth Intervention and the Boys and Girls Club of Martin County - to serve the young people of the community in a positive manner. Each organization shares its particular expertise, including counseling, education and recreation for the benefit of the youngsters.
The East 10th Street center supports several special programs for youths including:
After School Program - For children 5-12 are offered a daily after school program including Smart Moves, Fine Arts & Photography, Homework Assistance, Gang and Drug Prevention, Environment Awareness, Health Programs, Leadership Clubs (Girl Scouts, 4H), Conflict Resolution, Baby Think It Over, Table Games (chess, battleship, checkers, monopoly, cards) and Sports ( golf, soccer, tumbling, yoga, fitness, learn to swim, and equine.
Schools Out Program - When schools are not is session, the Center offers a full recreational program from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Pre-registration is required and the fee is nominal.
Teen Programs - Including Front Line for Kids, Talent Search, Sports, Passport to Manhood, Boys 2 Men, Girls 2 Ladies, Torch Club Community Service, Teens Dance, Pizza Jam and Movie, Tournaments, Computer Center and Alternative to Out-Of-School Suspension.
Adult and Seniors Programs - Including Back-in-the Day, Soap Time, Arts & Crafts for Seniors, Understanding our Youth, High Energy Aerobics for Adults, 55+ Low Energy Gospel Aerobics for Seniors, Learn Spanish, Learn English, Introduction to Computers for Seniors, Tournaments (cards, dominos, 8-ball), Council on Aging Dining Center, 55+ Old School Dance and Dinner, Secondary Friday Social.

Sailfish Park has a long and distinguished history of serving the athletic needs of the Treasure Coast since its official inception in 1943. Completely renovated in 1992, Sailfish Park features a quadraplex configuration complete with sports turf Bermuda grass fields, metal halide lighting system and a spacious concession area.
Memorial Park
East Ocean Blvd and Georgia Avenue
Memorial Park with its substantial expanse of green space and close proximity to the upscale downtown area. The park hosts some of the largest yearly events in the area. The convenient Gazebo and band shell make it a perfect venue of community events.
Flagler Park and Recreation Center

Enjoy the tropical tree-lined pathways at Shepard Park during your leisurely stroll in this beautiful area. Fishing from the dock, watching the sunset or having a snack in the covered picnic area is a must.
