GO Request

GO RequestIt's easier than ever to contact the City of Stuart.

The City of Stuart has made it even easier for you to contact us with your requests, questions, and concerns. We have launched GO Request, a new system that will allow you to contact us 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week in whatever way is most convenient - online or by phone, fax, mail or in person.  

The City of Stuart staff are already very helpful, however, GO Request will make it seem as if there’s a staff member on call around the clock to help you. If you prefer to make a request, comment, or question online, just visit the GO Request Form.

Accessing GO Request

The system features simple pull-down menus and is a breeze to use. GO Request is also available to iPhone and Android smartphone users by downloading a free application. If you prefer to call, walk-in, fax, or mail your request during normal business hours, our staff will enter it for you.

No matter which way you choose to contact us, you need not know which employee or department is responsible for a specific service - the system ensures the right person is contacted. And if you prefer to make your request or comment confidentially, you will have that option.

 GO Request will greatly improve the way the City handles your requests by:

  • Creating a unique tracking number for each request to easily track its status at any time
  • Automatically providing the status of your request and notifies you when the request has been completed
  • Allowing you to contact the City whenever it’s most convenient for you
