Accreditation

Working toward making the Stuart Police Department a pinnacle law enforcement agency. The Stuart Police Departments Florida Accreditation is obtained through a rigorous review process set forth by the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement. This process looks at the policies and procedures of the agency as an independent reviewer to determine if the agency has meet the standards required to be Accredited.The Stuart Police Department has been an accredited agency for more then fifteen years receiving its accreditation in 2005. Corporal Amy Duran is our accreditation manager and is responsible for keeping our agency meeting standards and compliance.
