Welcome to the City of Stuart's Environmental Advocacy page.  We are committed to providing you with the most accurate and recent information about our local environmental conditions.  This division was created in response to the growing threat of Harmful Algal Blooms in the St. Lucie River, caused by damaging freshwater discharges from Lake Okeechobee.
