Health and Wellness Programs
The Recreation Division is dedicated to creating a healthy connected community through play. It is important to us that we provide quality health and wellness programs to our residents.
We offer a variety of fitness and mind/body classes for residents of all ages and abilities. Qualified and experienced instructors will help keep you motivated to reach your fitness and wellness goals.

Join our community yoga class at the River Walk stage every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. This class is taught by certified instructor Kim Romer. This Vinyasa flow class is open to all levels. Registration is required for this FREE drop-in class.
We recommend patrons bring their own yoga mat and form of hydration.
We are partnering with our very own YMCA of the Treasure Coast to offer a FREE High Intensity Interval Training class for all levels. Class is taught by certified instructor Sheri Mercer with the YMCA.
Classes start April 4th are held every Monday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the Shuffleboard Center located just on the east end of Memorial Park. We recommend patrons bring their own exercise mat and form of hydration. Registration is required.
Get your mindfulness and exercise on with Free Yoga for elementary, middle and high school students. This class is provided by Tykes and Teens. Classes are currently held on Tuesdays for a 6 week session beginning March 22, 2022 at the 10th Street Community Center.
K-5th grade class is from 6:00pm to 7:00pm while the 6th-12th grade class is from 7:15pm to 8:15pm
March 22 - Intro to Yoga
March 29 - Focus on Breathing
April 5 - Stretching
April 12 - Meditation
April 19 - Using the Senses (sound, smell, sight, touch)
April 26 - Connections and Resources, where do I go from here to continue my practice.
